RICH LANDERER "RICKLAND" A Peru native, Rich grew up in Florida and moved to California in 1997 which sparked his shaping interest. Rich has developed into one of California’s premier shapers with a unique personal touch that is felt in each of his shapes. Rich has worked under some of the most prominent shapers in the industry.

Michel is one of the few OG shapers still out there producing surfboards on a regular basis. He's been perfecting the craft since 1969 where along with Butch Yamashita and Howard Yoshida they started shaping boards in the basement of their apartment across the street from Punahou School in Honolulu.
